This weekend our Scout section visited the great aviation museum. Owned and operated by the RAF, this facility has some amazing aircraft from its amazingly restored World War One aircraft to some of the most icon aircraft of the modern era.
We had a great day with some interactive learning and with Scouts having a chance in the Modern typhoon jet simulator and a 4D Red Arrow experience.
This certainly proved to be a great day out and something we will rerun in the the future for our members.
We would like to say a big thank you to the staff at the site who were very welcoming and helpful to us and our members.
